正确原则在外贸英语函电写作中的应用

The Application of Correctness Principle in English Business Letter Writing
Abstract

Business letter plays a very important role in business communication and it’s the basis of all the receipts, so the business letter must be correct. In the application of correctness principle, we need to use the correct grammar, spelling and punctuations. This thesis tries to obey the research ways which Chinese scholars Song Qiong, Wang Qin and Wang Xiuping used in the theses named “The application of cooperative principle” and “The Polite Expressions in International Business Letter”, to analyze the application of correctness principle in English business letter writing. Collecting all kinds of letters, comparing the better letters and worse letters and analyzing the examples, we can come to conclusion that in the application of correctness principle in business letter writing, we also need to depict correctly, choose the correct level of language, use suitable writing skills, use business terms and numbers correctly.

摘  要

商业书信在商业交流中起了非常重要的作用，因为它是各种商业单据的根据，所以商业信函必须正确。在正确原则在英语商务信函写作的应用中，我们必须使用正确的语法、正确的拼写和正确的标点符号。本根据中国学者宋琼、王琴和王秀萍在“合作原则的在外贸函电写作中的应用”和“外贸函电礼貌原则的表达”里所使用的研究方法，来研究正确原则在英语商务信函写作中的应用。通过搜集各种信函，对比好的信函的差的信函以及分析例子，得出我们在正确原则在英语外贸函电写作的应用中还必须叙述得正确、运用正确的语言水平、运用合适的写作技巧和运用正确的商业术语及数字。
