此外,笔者发现在领导-成员交换关系与情感承诺的影响关系中,角色压力的调节作用成立,这一结果验证了本文假设3 的提出。对领导-成员交换关系、角色压力和情感承诺的层次回归分析结果表明,将领导-成员交换关系与角色压力的交互作用引入回归模型后,R2增大了,也就是说角色压力加强了领导-成员交换关系对情感承诺的作用强度。
