针对HCNC-1M数控系统的后置处理技术研究与实现
摘要
后置处理技术是数控加工编程的关键技术之1,是CAD/CAM系统与机械制造连接的纽带,它直接影响自动编程软件的使用效果和0件的加工质量、效率以及机床的可靠运行。本文介绍了后置处理技术的内容、结构与功能,分析比较了专用后置处理系统和通用后置处理系统的程序结构和操作流程,探讨了后置处理程序中关键问题——后置处理的算法原理,对3坐标加工和多坐标加工的刀位计算以及多轴联动加工的进给速度进行了研究。本文研究、比较了常见CAD/CAM系统的刀位原文件格式,总结了HCNC-1M(2000版)数控系统基本指令代码的特点,详细分析了HCNC-1M数控系统和FANUC0-MC系统在孔加工固定循环上的异同;剖析了MasterCAM系统的刀位原文件结构,研究了MasterCAM后置处理系统的机床特性文件的设计和定制方法。本文指出,通用后置处理系统是CAD/CAM系统的发展方向,但基于工程实际应用的需要,对广泛使用的CAM软件进行后置处理研究与开发是必要的。
基于MasterCAM通用后置处理系统,应用数控代码导向技术,通过修改其数据库模型,较好地开发配置HCNC-1M数控系统的ZJK7532A数控铣床的专用后置处理程序,解决了该系统处理孔加工固定循环的难题,并成功应用于实际加工。通过实践验证,本系统能够直接处理轮廓、内槽、孔系、曲线及曲面的刀具路径文件,不需人工再做2次处理。

ABSTRACT
Post processing technology is one of the main technology of NC machining programming, it is the connection of CAD/CAM system and mechanical machining, it directly affects the applying affection, machining quality, effect and dependable running of auto-programming software. This text explicates the content, structure and function of post processing, analyses to compare the special post processing systems procedural structure and operational process with the general post processing systems, questions the post processing procedures key problem-the algorithm principle of post processing, it studies the three-axiss machining, the cutter location computation of multi-axiss and the feed rate of multi-axiss running, studies and compares the general cutter location files form of CAD/CAM systems. It contains the codes character of HCNC-1M(the edition of 2000) NC system and FANUC0-MC system on hole machining constant cycle; analyses the cutter location files’ structure of MasterCAM system; studies the machine tools specified files’ design and making methods. This text points out that the general post processing system is the developing direction of CAD/CAM systems, but basing on the need of projects practical application, its necessary to study and develop the post processing of extensively used CAM software.
This text is basing on the general post processing system of MasterCAM, using NC code leading technology, by modifying its database model, it develops and disposes HCNC-1M NC systems special post processing procedure of ZJK7532A NC milling machine, solves the problem of dealing with hole machining constant cycle and applies to practical machining. Through practical application, this system can deal with the cutter tool path file of counters, groves, holes, curves and surfaces directly, not need to do second-managing.
