旅行社绿色营销存在的问题及对策研究
[摘要] 旅行社绿色营销是在传统营销上所做的延伸与发展,它顺应了整个世界的发展,以保护环境为前提,以实现消费者利益、旅行社利益、社会与环境的利益相协调为目标的新型营销手段。绿色营销要求旅行社在研发、采购、生产、销售等方面以保护环境为前提,力求避免污染环境、节约资源,以求旅行社与环境可持续发展。本文简要的介绍了绿色营销的概念与特征,阐述了绿色营销在旅行社中实施的意义,并指出了绿色营销在实施过程中所存在的问题,针对这些问题,提出了旅行社实施绿色营销的对策措施。

A Research on the Present Problems and Countermeasure of Travel Service’s Green Marketing
Abstract: Green marketing of travel service is the extension and development of traditional marketing. It is a new marketing method which complies with the growth of the world, and is based on the premise that it can protect environment, and realizes coordination with the interests of consumer, travel service, society, and environment. Green marketing of travel service is based on protecting environment when travel service invents, purchases, manufactures and sales products, it not only makes effort to avoid environment pollution, and also tries to achieve the sustainable development between travel service and environment. This thesis introduced the concept and features of travel service’s green marketing, and expounds the meaning of green marketing. At the same time, it points out some questions in the process.
