摘 要:务旅游是个内涵非常丰富的旅游范畴,包含了商务与公务差旅、会议旅游、展览旅游、奖励旅游以及大型活动旅游等多个层面。商务旅游在出游目的、采购特征、交易方式等方面与传统旅游有很大区别。旅游企业只有认真研究商务旅游这些基本特征,才能在业务转型和寻求新的旅游业务增长点的过程中真正做到有的放矢,游刃有余。
