摘要:随着互联网在中国的进1步普及应用,网上购物逐渐成为人们的网上时尚之1,根据CNNIC第14次互联网统计报告公布的数据,中国目前7.3%的网民有网上购物的习惯,中国目前有网民8700万,这就是说,有6百多万的中国网民会从网站上购买自己钟意的商品,在这种情况,各种类型的购物网站在经历了2000年以来的泡沫之后,重新恢复了活力,取得飞速的发展。
文章通过对网上开店的相关分析,这其中包括:网上商业和传统商业的分析,C2C网上开店的可行性分析,B2C网上商城和C2C网上商店的SWOT分析,经济效益分析,这些分析为网上开店的进行提供了依据。本文详细的介绍了网上商店的整个流程包括:平台的选择,建立网上商店,网上商店的运作,网上商店的营销,网上商店的客户关系管理。这其中每1个环节都是网上开店必不可少的,1个成功的网上商店不但要这些流程,而且要着重注意的环节是价值链的实现,即网上商店的营销和网上商店的客户关系管理。

In the phenomenon, each e-commerce website have new power developing after net economic foam expending in 2000.C2C and B2B website are becoming popular because of their available and convince.
