浅谈我国网上银行的发展
            
摘 要：本文是我国网上银行发展研究的1个尝试，通过对我国网上银行发展研究分析，寻求我国网上银行发展的有效措施。全文分4部分：第1部分先介绍网上银行的概念、发展历程和发展方向，然后阐述网上银行发展对我国的启示；第2部分阐述我国网上银行的现状；第3部分着重从环境、人才、技术开发、网络安全及相关法律等5个方面剖析了我国网上银行发展面临的问题；第4部分基于前3部分的分析，提出了我国网上银行发展的具体措施。

Research on the development of the on-line bank in China
 
Abstract:This article is the attempt of  the development of the on-line bank in China ,analyzing the development of the on-line bank in China ,to seek the effective way of development of the on-line bank in China.The whole paper includes four parts.The first part introduces the concepts、the course and orientation of the development , expatiate the development of the on-line bank to China ;The second part analyze the actuality of the on-line bank in China . The third part emphatically from the following five aspects : circumstance、talent、the exploitation of technology、the security of network and the correlative law in detail analyze the problem of the development of the on-line bank in China faced .The forth part based on the analysis of forward parts , bring forward the countermeasures to develop on-line bank in China.
