论破产管理人的法律调整律毕业论文

摘  要

破产管理人（我国旧破产法中称破产清算组）是破产程序中最重要的1个机构，在我国目前有诸多因素妨碍破产案件公正、迅捷和有效处理的情况下，建立1套完善的破产管理人制度就显得非常必要。本文试图围绕有关破产管理人的法律地位、破产管理人的选任、破产管理人的报酬，1般义务和法律责任以及建立我国的破产管理人监督制度等若干基本问题，结合我国的新破产法作1些分析。

Abstract

The bankrupt supervisor (in our country old bankruptcy law called bankruptcy criticizes group) goes bankrupt in the procedure a most important organization, at present has many factors hindrances bankruptcy case in our country to be fair, fast and in the effective processing situation, establishes a set of perfect bankrupt supervisors system to appear extremely essential. This article attempts to revolve the related bankrupt supervisors legal status, the bankrupt supervisor to appoint , the bankrupt supervisors reward, the general duty and the legal liability as well as found our country the bankrupt supervisor supervises the system and so on certain basic questions, unifies our country the new bankruptcy law to make some analyses.
