国际贸易中的提单欺诈问题研究律毕业论文

摘    要

提单欺诈是1种比较常见的海事欺诈，它对于国际贸易的发展存在很大危害。对于这种行为的防范，本文从法律角度深入剖析提单欺诈的产生原因，主要是指提单制度本身存在的缺陷，另1方面，从原因入手，积极探求提单欺诈的防范对策，重点是提单制度本身的完善，以及国际贸易中其它环节相关措施的采用，以维护国际贸易的正常秩序。

ABSTRACT

Bill of lading (B/L) fraud is a marine swindle commonly seen in international trade, which has caught large harmfulness to international trade. As to the prevention B/L fraud, this author analyzes its legal reasons deeply, of which the most basic one lies in the defect of B/L legal system itself. On the other hand, point to these reasons, the writer works out the prevention of B/L fraud, including taking some measures in other systems of the international trade, and the writer focuses in bettering the B/L legal system itself. To perfect B/L system will be of great help to the international trade order.
