TPC工艺污水处理系统的软件设计
摘 要:本文介绍了TPC污水处理工艺计算机监控系统的软件设计,整个软件设计包括上位机监控程序设计和下位机的PLC控制程序设计。此系统主要分为上下位机来进行控制,其中上位机采用计算机,下位机采用西门子公司所产的S7-200系列的可编程控制器(PLC),利用VB与RS-232串行通信控制的方法实现上下位机的通信。文章分为7个主要部分,包括绪论、系统涉及主要基础知识、需求分析及总体设计、上位机监控程序设计、下位机PLC程序设计、系统调试与完善等。文章首先介绍了TPC污水处理工艺,使我们了解到该工艺的现实意义与大致的工艺流程,然后针对该工艺的流程设计出了相应的过程监控系统。文章重点介绍软件的设计过程,包括上位机的监控程序设计和下位机的PLC控制程序设计,给出了程序编写的总体设计思想,详细介绍了软件设计的各个过程,并在文中详细讲解了1部分重要的程序。

The Software Design of TPC Craft Sewage Disposai System
ABSTRACT:This article has introduced the design of TPC sewage disposal craft computer control system’s software, The whole software system include monitoring and control system of upper-computer and PLC (programmable controller ) control program of downer-computer. This system includes two parts,the upper-computer and the downer-computer. The upper-computer adoptsPC, and the downer-computer adopts the programmable controller (PLC ) of S7-200 series produced by Siemens Company , makes use of method controlled in VB and serial communication of RS-232 to realize the communication between the upper and downer computer. The article include Seven parts,they are the introduction,the main knowledge that system used, system requirement analyse, upper-computer soft design,downer- computer soft design,system debug,etc..At first the article introduced TPC sewage disposal craft, makes us know the realistic meaning of this craft and roughly technological process, but also the procedure directed against this craft provides the corresponding course monitoring and control system. The article introduces design processof systems soft ware especially, includes the upper-computer monitoring and control procedure,and the downer-computer control procedure, provide the overall design philosophy that the procedure writes, and also glozed some important programs.
