摘要：信息时代已经来临，信息处理的利器——计算机，应用于医院的日常管理，为医院的现代化带来了从未有过的动力和机遇，为医疗卫生领域的发展提供了无限的潜力。采用计算机管理信息系统已成为医院管理科学化和现代化的标志，给医院带来了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
本文介绍了医院信息管理系统（HIS）基本设计方法，详细阐述了整个应用系统的设计思路，并对系统的开发进行了调研以及可行性分析，最终达成了1个完整的设计方案；经过系统需求分析，本医院信息管理系统主要包含6大功能模块：挂号管理模块、门诊划价收费模块、住院管理模块、药库管理模块和系统维护模块，分别有添加、删除、查阅等功能。在文章的最后，还根据系统的测试结果，提出了可以进1步改进的部分，以便在投入实际应用后系统可以更加稳定可靠的工作。

Abstract：The ages of the information has already come, the sharp weapon- calculator of the information processing, apply in the usual management of the hospital, bring the motive and opportunities that have never haves for the modernization of the hospital, provide the infinite potential for the development of the medical treatment health realm.Adopt the calculator management  information system has become the scientific and modern marking of the hospital management, bringing the obviously economic performance and social performances to the hospital.
    This text introduced the basic design method of the hospital information management system( HIS), detailed elaborated the whole design way of thinking that applies the system, and carried on the investigation and viability assessments to the development of the system, end reached a design project of integrity;Through the system need analysis, this hospital information management the system mainly includes the six major function mold piece:Register to manage the mold piece, out-patient service to row the price charges mold piece, hospitalization  management mold piece, the medicine database  management  mold piece and systems to support the mold piece, increase, delete, check etc. respectively function.End in article, return according to the test of the system result, the part that putting forward can further improve, in order to at throw in actual application after the system can stabilize the dependable work more.
