电子政务中网上审批系统设计与实现
摘要：电子政务是当前我国信息化工作的重点。电子政务的核心问题之1是实现政府各部门行政审批的电子化、网络化，即网上审批。网上审批将使提高政府办公效率、优化审批流程、精简政府机构、更好地为公民服务等目标得以具体实现。
本系统基于ASP技术，以VBScript与Javascript作为脚本语言，SQL Server作为后端数据库，用Macromedia Dreamweaver设计开发了1个能实现简单的电子政务的动态网站——网上审批系统。该系统基本上具备1个网上数据传递所应该具备的功能。
本文首先介绍了网上审批系统的发展的现状，接着介绍了设计的相关技术，然后按照软件工程的要求完成了该系统的需求分析、概要设计和详细设计，并给出了该系统的具体实现。
文章最后对网上审批系统今后的发展做了展望。

The Design and Implementation of E-approving System in E-government
Abstract: Currently E-government is the focus of Informatization works in our country. One of the key problems of E-government is how to make the administrative approving procedures of the governments being executed electronically and Web-based, which is called E-approving System. The realization of E-approving System will bring many advantages such as improving the working efficiency of the governments, optimizing the approving the procedures, better serving the public, and so on.
This system according to technique of ASP, use the VBScript and Javascript as the script language, the SQL Server conduct and actions carries the database behind, developing a dynamic state website that can carry out the simple E-government affairs with the Macromedia Dreamweaver design up the E- approval system.
This text introduced the present condition of the development of the E-approval system first, introducing the related technique of design immediately after, then completed the need of that system according to the request of the software engineering analysis, essentials design and detailed design, make use of ASP and the SQL Server design and carried out that system.
In the end, the article forecast some future developments of the in the E- approval system in the future.
