论我国巨灾再保险问题

摘 要：中国是世界上自然灾害最为严重的少数国家之1，如何对我国巨灾风险进行再保险是本文研究的主要内容。文章从巨灾风险概述和我国巨灾风险状况出发，结合再保险概述、我国再保险历史发展以及再保险市场的现状和问题，提出了重视巨灾风险管理、鼓励公众参与意识、建立风险分担机制、培育再保险市场主体、提高技术服务水平、加强政府保险监管等建议和措施。

Analysis on Catastrophe Reinsurance in China
 
Abstract：China is one of the few countries facing the most serious natural catastrophe risks in the world .How to deal with China s catastrophe risks is the theme of the paper. Starting from the current situation of China s catastrophe risks and catastrophe risks meaning, combining reinsurance outlined，the current situation of China’s reinsurance and the development of reinsurance industry, we bring forward some measure suggestions, such as to lay stress on catastrophe risk management, to encourage the public to participate in catastrophe insurance awareness，to establish risk sharing mechanism, to develop reinsurance market player, to rise level of technology and quality ,and to strengthen insurance regulation, etc.
