摘  要：近几年来，人民币升值已成为国际经济和社会舆论的焦点。人民币的升值，使我国外向型民营企业在不同程度上面临着机遇与挑战，面对这些机遇与挑战，我国外向型民营企业应该积极地调整心态，认真分析人民币升值的现状、升值原因及人民币升值对其发展影响，找出自身的不足，制定有利于我国外向型民营企业发展的出路与对策。
