摘  要：改革开放以来，我国经济已从原来的自给自足逐步上升为世界经济与贸易舞台上的重要角色。尤其是作为1个正在和平崛起的发展中大国，势必会引起各国的关注，这其中更是因为掺杂了国际经济格局的调整而变得愈为复杂。随着我国出口产品竞争力不断增强，外贸连续顺差，资本大量流入，外汇储备大幅增加，外汇储备从1994年的260亿美元增加到2004年9月的5145亿美元，增长19.83倍。2002年以来，美日欧等主要贸易国把本国经济不景气归罪于中国，认为人民币币值被人为低估，伤害了其国内经济，为此动用各种力量，制造舆论，施加压力，逼迫人民币升值。人民币面临的升值压力越来越大。而人民币的升值对我国对外贸易的收支平衡与国内经济活动的波动都具有深刻的影响。于是，人民币升值问题就成为国内外官员、学者及1些国际组织争论的1个焦点.2005年7月21日起，我国开始实行新的汇率制度，人民币自主升值2%，并呈现出进1步升值的趋势。这更激起了国内外经济、金融学界研究人民币汇率问题的兴趣。无论是从学术上来看还是从政策探讨的角度出发，人民币升值对我国进出口贸易收支平衡的影响都是值得分析和研究的。本文着重研究的是从2005年7月21日实行新的汇率制度开始所引起的人民币升值对我国进出口贸易收支平衡的影响。整体的研究思路和结构安排如下：第1部分为前言，主要介绍了当前基于人民币升值对我国进出口贸易收支平衡影响的研究背景和意义。第2部分人民币升值过程。第3部分为人民币升值对我国进出口贸易收支平衡的影响。第4部分为我国进出口贸易应对人民币升值的对策，缓解人民币进1步升值压力的政策建议和我国外贸体制应对人民币升值的思考等。 （转载自中国科教评价网www.nseac.com ）

The Influences about the Revaluation of RMB on the Balances of Import-Export Trade in Our Country
       
Abstract： Since reform and opening-up，the economy of our country has been already from becoming the important role on the international economy and trade stage originally self-sufficiently progressively. Especially as a peaceful big developing country that is emerging，certainly will arouse the attention from various countries，because mix international economic adjustment of pattern and it becomes to be complicated even more among them. As the competitiveness of export product of our country is being strengthened constantly，the continuous favorable balance of foreign trade，the capital flow into in a large amount，the foreign exchange reserve increases by a wide margin，the foreign exchange reserve rises to 514，500 million dollars in September of 2004 from 26 billion dollars in 1994，increase by 19.83 times. Since the 2002，America and Japan Europe，etc. main trade country make national economy depressed to impute China to think the value of RMB is underestimated artificially，has injured its domestic economy，for this reason put various strength to use，mould public opinion，exert pressure，force RMB to appreciate. The appreciation that RMB face is larger and larger in pressure. And the appreciation of RMB all have deep influence with fluctuations of the domestic economic activity on the equilibrium of foreign trade of our country. Then，the appreciation question of RMB becomes a focus that domestic and international officers，the scholar and some international organizations dispute. From July 21，2005，our country will begin to implement the new exchange rate system，RMB appreciate by 2% independently，demonstrate the trend further appreciating. This has evoked the economic，financial educational circles both at home and abroad and studied the interest of the exchange rate problem of RMB even more. No matter the angle probed into by the look of academy or from the policy set out，the impacts on foreign trade of our country of the exchange rate change of RMB are all worth analyzing and studying. Thinking of research and structure of the whole this text are arranged as follows：The first part is an introduction, mainly introduced current balances between income and expenses the influence research background based on the RMB revaluation to our country import-export trade and the significance. Second part of RMB revaluation process. The third part for the RMB revaluation the influence which balances between income and expenses to our country import-export trade. The fourth part for our country import-export trade should to the RMB revaluation counter measure, alleviate the RMB further to revalue the pressure policy suggestion and our country foreign trade system should to the RMB revaluation ponder and so on.
