邵阳市县域经济1体化发展中的问题与对策研究
 
摘 要：在经济全球化与区域经济1体化深入发展的背景下，县域经济1体化已经成为当前经济发展中的热点问题和必然选择。我国目前入统经济实体的最小单位1般是县级。要想更好的研究区域经济1体化，对县域经济的发展的分析有其客观性与必要性。因此，为了加快邵阳发展，邵阳市县域经济1体化被提到邵阳市经济发展的议事上来。从此，邵阳市县域经济1体化进程明显加快。但是，由于体制上存在政府主导产生的诸多障碍，认识上有分歧，邵阳市县域经济1体化进展不尽如人意。邵阳市县域经济1体化未来的发展要积极转变体制和机制，以市场1体化为核心，以服务1体化为政府工作内容，建立职能管理的1体化，以适应市场经济的要求，推动邵阳经济的更快发展。

Economics Integrating Development in SHAOYANG Area
 

Abstract：Economic globalization and regional economic integration have become hot issues in the present economic development. What they share in common is that some single economic entities are united by certain means. At present,the smallest unit that comes into economic entity is of county level. Hence,its realistic and necessary to initiate our study of regional integration from economic development at county level.county economy integration has been reproposed to the agenda of Shao Yang economy development county economy integration advancement has sped up obviously. however, because of the barriers that the goverment leads system produces,and the congnition differences,the progress of integration not entirely satisfied as desired . To adapt the market economy request and impel the economics development of Shao Yang city,The future development of county economy integration must positively transform the economics system and mechanism,take the market integration as the core,Take serve integration as the goverments main work content and build function management integration.
