我国轿车产业的SCP范式分析
摘要:经众多学者研究表明,我国轿车行业的市场集中度比较低,并有逐年下降的趋势,再加上进入壁垒的“软约束”和规模经济水平不高的制约,我国轿车行业的竞争愈演愈烈。导致行业利润下滑、产能过剩等各种问题。本文运用产业组织理论的基本分析工具:市场结构—企业行为—市场绩效(SCP范式)对我国轿车产业存在的问题进行分析论述,并提出相关对策建议。作者认为能够影响我国轿车产业市场结构的主要有两大因素,即政府政策与市场集中度的变化,针对这两大因素作者建议政府放松对轿车产业的管制以降低进入壁垒,能够让有实力的汽车生产商进入我国轿车市场以增加更多的轿车品牌从而降低市场集中度;在企业行为方面作者认为应在国家宏观政策引导下促进汽车0部件生产企业的重组以形成规模经济,提高竞争力;在以上两方面的基础上应促使资源配制趋于合理化、促进技术的进步与创新、更好的维护消费者的利益以改善市场绩效。

The SCP Paradigm Analysis Of Chinas Car Industry
Abstract:According to the survey conducted by many scholars, the concentricity of our car market is relatively low, and intends to decline year by year. What’s more, under the condition of entry barriers of “Soft Restriction” and low economic scale level, the competition of car industry is becoming fiercer. This fact causes many problems such as the industry profit to fall, over-production and so forth. This thesis is aimed to apply the industry organization theory as an analytical instrument: Marketing structure- Firm Conduct-Performance of the Market (the SCP Model), to illustrate and analyze the existing problems in car industry, and raise the pertinent strategy and suggestion. The author thinks that there are two main factors influencing the car industry in our country: government policy and the change in market concentration degree. Aiming at the above factors, the author suggests that government should decrease the limitation of car industry to lower the entering requirement. So the qualified car manufactures can enter into our car market, more car brands will appear up and the concentration degree of car market will decrease. On concern of the enterprise behavior, the author regards that the recombination of car accessory manufactures should be promoted under the instruction of government policy in order to form scale economy and enhance its competition power. On the basis above, more effort should be made in order to make efficient use of resource, to promote the advance and innovation of technology, to better protect the consumer benefits as to improve the market performance.
