摘要 农业是我国低端产业，具有很高的自然和市场风险。近年来，农业自然灾害呈现加重趋势。防范农业风险,必须依赖于1套完整的农业风险防范体系,保险则是防范农业风险的根本出路。20世纪90年代以来,作为农业的1个重要屏障和支持,我国农业保险的发展处于停滞不前、日益萎缩的局面。本文从影响我国农业保险的几个因素出发,分析我国农业保险发展受阻的根本原因,试图找出完善我国农业保险的1些构想。

[Abstract] Agricultural is the low end industry with very high natural and market risks. In recent years, agricultural natural disasters tends to be more serious. Agricultural Risk prevention, we must rely on a complete agricultural risk prevention system .Insurance is the fundamental way to prevent agricultural risk. 20th Since the 1990s, as an important agricultural barrier and support ,Chinas agricultural insurance is in the development of stagnation, shrinking situation. This paper researchs on the impact of Chinas agriculture insurance several factors, the paper analysis the development of Chinas agriculture insurance fundamental reason for the delay. Try to find out some ideas to perfect Chinas agricultural insurance.
