我国农业融资面临的问题及对策
 
摘  要：我国是农业大国,农业作为支柱产业在国民经济中具有重要地位。然而长期以来，由于受到财政体制、金融供给体制、农业产业投资体制和农业经营体制的影响和制约，我国“3农”资金日趋缺乏，农业基础10分薄弱，已经严重制约了我国农业乃至整个国民经济的发展。因此，只有加大财政投入，改革金融体制，大力引进外资，调整农业产业结构，促进农业融资，农业的发展才能得到根本保障。

Abstract: China is a big agricultural country, agriculture as its pillar industries in the national economy plays an important role.
