论秘书的职业道德建设

摘   要

秘书工作作为现代社会最广泛的社会职业之1，它不仅是设立在党政机关、企业单位、社会团体的1个职位角色，更重要的是它能直接辅助领导，协助其组织、指挥、管理工作和全面处理日常事务。因此，加强秘书的职业道德建设与研究势在必行。本文主要论述了秘书职业道德建设的内容、要求，并从诚信守法、自尊自爱、廉洁自律等方面论述了如何加强和建设秘书的职业道德，这对新时期的秘书工作有着深远的意义。
