浅谈跆拳道运动员战术运用的能力及训练方法

摘  要：制胜规律的组成包括两个方面：其1是制胜因素；其2是制胜因素之间的本质联系。对专项运动员成绩有决定性影响的因素称为制胜因素。跆拳道 比赛中有许多可以运用的战术，要想在比赛中有效运用就必须反复实践和练习，熟练掌握和合理地运用时机，才能达到预期的效果。

A Brief Talk on the Tactical Ability and
Training Way of Taekwondo

Abstract: The composition which gets the upper hand of the law includes each respect: First get the upper hand of the factor; Second get the upper hand of the essential connection between the factors. The factor of having decisive influence on special athletes achievement is called and got the upper hand of the factor. Tae kwon do have a lot of tactics that can use in the match, is it is it must practise and practise repeatedly to use effectively in match to want, grasp and use the opportunity rationally skillfully, could reach the anticipated result .
