吸入麻醉药广泛地运用于临床160余年,其作用机制至今未明。人们普遍认为:吸入麻醉药作用于细胞膜蛋白而致全麻。刘洋等[22]在吸入麻醉药作用机制的研究进展一文中阐述了全麻机制的脂质学说和蛋白质学说的建立和演进,但由于中枢神经系统结构和功能的复杂性,其确切机制仍不能阐明。本文总结了几种受体与吸入麻醉药催眠、镇痛的关系,综上所述,GHB、nnAChRs与吸入麻醉药的催眠有关,而NMDA、GlyR及AMPA与其镇痛作用有关,其确切的机制还有待更深入的研究。
