----以韶山红色旅游消费者为例
摘要:红色旅游已成为专项旅游中的热点形式之1。韶山具有发展红色旅游的资源优势,目前整体发展态势良好,但也存在1系列问题。重要的原因之1是缺乏对韶山红色旅游消费者行为的研究。为规范韶山红色旅游消费市场秩序,本文对其进行了研究,主要包括红色旅游消费者行为的概念和理论分析、心理模式与行为特征、行为影响因素等,并运用Excel软件对调查问卷进行分析,得出韶山红色旅游消费者的3种消费心理模式:领略伟人故里风采、观光审美和接受教育及其他心理模式,最后提出相应对策:大力加强旅游基础设施建设、遵循红色旅游的自愿和自费为原则、科学合理的设计旅游线路、坚持以人为本的服务理念、加强导游队伍建设,为巩固韶山红色旅游产品的龙头地位提供依据与参考。

Abstract: The red traveling has became one of hotspot forms in special tourism. Shaoshan has the advantage in resources for developing red traveling, presently the whole development situation is in good state, while it has a series of problems. One of the important reasons are lack of research on the consumers behavior in Shaoshan. In order to standardize the market order, This article has conducted the research on it, Mainly including the consumers behavior, the concept and the theoretical analysis、psychological patterns and behavior characteristics、factors influence. behavior etc, analyses the questionnaire by using Excel software , gets three psychological patterns: appreciate great man’s home prosperous look sightseeing esthetically and receiving education and other psychological pattern, Finally proposes the corresponding measures: strengthening the traveling infrastructure construction、following the voluntary principle and pay his(her)own expenses, designing traveling lines scientifically and reasonably, insisting on the idea of human-based service, strengthening the tour guide troop, It provides the basic references for consolidating the leading status.of red traveling products in Shaoshan.
