论我国旅行社垂直分工体系的建立
 
摘要：长期以来，中国旅行社业的经营1直采取以人为市场为特征的水平分工体系，但随着旅行社行业的不断发展和市场化的不断深入，水平分工的弊端越来越明显地表现出来。本文就针对我国旅行社的现状及所存在的问题，参考欧美国家的垂直分工体系，提出我国应当在旅行社业建立具有中国特色的旅游批发商——旅游0售代理商的垂直分工体系，重点阐述了垂直分工体系构建的模式以及战略对策。

The Development of the Perpendicularity Division System in the Travel Agency Industry in China
 
Abstract: Over a long time,China’s travel agencies have been taken a parallel division system cut apart by artificial,But with the travel agent has continued to develop and become market-oriented ceaselessness are thorough , The irregularity of level division of labour expresses more and more clearly. This text aims at the present condition and the problem existed of our country travel agency,Consult Europe and America country perpendicularity division of work system. It suggest that our country ought to build the perpendicularity division of work system having the Chinese characteristics tour wholesaler tour retailing an agent in travel service job, Priority has set forth the pattern and strategy countermeasure that perpendicularity division of work system structures.
