我国电子商务诚信问题探析
摘要:“祸莫大于无信”,诚信自古就是中华民族的传统美德,也是企业的经营之道、立命之本。可在电子商务如火如荼的发展中却出现了严重的诚信缺失,而且已经成为电子商务发展的瓶颈之1,这引起了更多思考与关注。文章从电子商务和诚信的概念入手,描述了我国电子商务诚信现状,列举了诚信缺失的表现,提出诚信问题已成为电子商务发展的瓶颈之1;通过归纳目前我国电子商务主要的诚信问题:参与者道德意识淡薄、买卖双方信息不对称、电子商务法律不健全、社会信用体系不完善、网络平台安全技术应用水平低,剖析了问题产生的原因;继而从思想、教育、法律、技术等方面针对问题提出了可行性的解决方法;最后,阐述了我国电子商务诚信建设“3步走”的战略思想,以求为营造良好的电子商务诚信环境服务。

E-commerce Credit Problem inquisition In Our Country
Abstract: “Break faith being a maximal scourge” Honesty and credit is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, It is the enterprise managing method and the destiny headstream. E-commerce development process was a serious credibility crisis ,it has become an obstacle to the development of E-commerce. This has led to a more thoughts and attention. The article began with the introduction of E-commerce and the integrity of the concept, describes the integrity of China’s E-commerce situation, cited a lack credibility in the performance of the integrity issue has become an obstacle to the development of E-commerce; Conclude the current main problem of credibility: weak sense of moral participants, buyers and sellers of information asymmetry, imperfect of E-commerce law and social credit system, the network platform security on technology applications, then analysis the problem and the reasons for it and put forward some problem solution; from the ideological, educational, legal and technical aspects; Finally, discussed the integrity of e-business in China “three-step” strategy thinking. in order to built credit environment service in E-commerce .
