电子商务在我国对外贸易中的应用与发展对策研究
 
摘要：随着网络技术的进步以及电子商务的迅猛发展，电子商务对经济领域中所产生的影响已经引起了各国政府和企业的重视，尤其是在对外贸易经济领域中。本文从对电子商务在国内外的蓬勃发展的描述的基础上，通过描述电子商务在国际贸易中的作用,来分析了电子商务在国际贸易应用中的重要意义；然后，主要对电子商务在我国对外贸易应用中的现状及存在的问题在宏观环境方面进行全面考察与分析，如：网上支付体系不健全、国际税收体制不完善、我国有关电子商务的法律法规不成熟、复合型电子商务人才缺乏，等等；最后，为推动电子商务在我国对外贸易应用中的发展，本文结合实际应用中的成功案例提出了1些适合我国国情的相应的政策建议。

The Application and Development Countermeasure Research of EC In External Trade of Our Country
 
Abstract: Along with the progress of network technology and the swift and violent development of EC, the influence which produced to the economical by EC domain has already caused the recognition of various countries government and enterprises, especially in external trade economical domain. This article will first describe the vigorous developments of EC in domestic and foreign, analyze the important meaning of the application and the situation at present of the EC in external trade by expatiating the function of the international trade; Then, mainly analyze and comprehensive inspect the application at present and the existent problem of foreign enterprise applying the EC in external trade of our country in the macroscopic environment aspect, for example: the system of On-line payment in security is not healthiness, the system of tax revenue is not very perfect, the national laws and regulations is not mature in our country and lacking of the complex person with EC-ability, and so on; Finally, the author proposes some corresponding suggestion in order to impel the development of the electronic commerce in the application of external trade of our country.
