古希腊民主监督制度及其现代启示律毕业论文

摘    要

古希腊文明是人类历史发展史上的瑰宝，它留给后世的不仅仅是璀璨的文化，更重要的还是它领先的、富有卓越创造的民主监督制度。特别是在古希腊的雅典城邦公民可以享有充分的民主权利，法律有至上的地位，被无尚敬仰。研究雅典城邦的民主制度，分析其成功之处和存在的局限性，从正反两方面总结出1些对于现代社会民主制度建设的1些启示，这无疑是10分有意义的。

ABSTRACT

Ancient Greek civilization is the gem of the history of human development. It was not just left to posterity splendid culture, the more important, it had the leading full of excellence created by the democratic supervision system. Especially in the ancient Greek city-state of Athens citizens enjoyed  full democratic rights and the law had the supreme power. It is extremely meaningful that studying the Athena democratic system and analyzing of the successes and limitations, from both sides gained some modern social democratic system of enlightenment.
