关于信用卡诈骗罪的几个问题律毕业论文

摘    要

我国在新的经济形势下，经济发展中面临着各种社会转型期时越来越多的问题，其中1个重要的表现是诚实守信的表达及信用的缺失及在此问题上信用制度的完善。而由于社会在快速的发展和转变过程中，各种事物都得到延伸和发展，原本抽象的、模糊的都得以较为具体的形式出现，比如信贷服务制度的完善及各种短期信贷服务的出现。本文讨论的也就是短期信贷服务中较为常见的信用卡及在信用卡业务中的各种犯罪行为。由于信用卡及相关业务在我国的改革开放的过程中其作用越来越重要，而我国在此领域起步较晚，加之社会转型期中各种负面因素的制约，使得利用信用卡的犯罪越见越多。为了使得我们在这1特殊的经济时期，经济能够良好发展及信用制度的不断完善，探讨和研究此问题是非常必要的。

ABSTRACT

In Chinas new economic situation, economic development is faced with various social transitions with more and more problems, an important one of the which is the honest and truthful expression and the loss of credibility on this issue and on the improvement of the credit system.With the rapid social development and transformation processing , various things have been extended and developed, the original abstract and ambiguous ones could have a more specific form. For example, credit services and improve the system of short-term credit facilities. What this paper discusses is the common services of credit card and the various criminal acts in the credit card business. As credit card and related businesses play a increasingly important role with Chinas reform and opening up process. However ,we started late in this area, in addition to some negative factors of social transition , credit card crime is becoming more and more popular.To make a good development of the economy and a continuously improvement of the credit system in this special economic period , discussing and studying the problem is very necessary. （科教论文网 lw.nseaC.Com编辑发布）
