政府守法的法理学分析律毕业论文

摘   要
和谐社会有诸多前提，其中根本的前提是政府必须守法。政府守法、建设法治政府是建设法治的和谐社会的最大目标。何为政府守法，在依法治国的总的框架下，该如何针对目前权力监督的缺陷，进1步促进政府守法等，都是需要在法理上予以研究并解决的问题。建设和谐社会必须从政府守法开始，牢固宪政思想观念，培养公民良好的法律习惯，加强对权力的约束，依法行政、依法办事。

Abstract
The harmonious society has many preconditions,and the basic one is that the government must obey the law. The last goal of building harmonious society is making our government law-abidingly.There are some questions,like the explaination of law-abiding government,the way to promote the government to obey the law and so on,which need to solute immediately in law theory.The first step of building harmonious society is making the government law-abidingly.And we should try our best to absorb the idea of construction,make people to foster some good habits of law and bey the law,limit the extention of power.
