摘要：科学发展的梯度理论是科学发展观的一个新领域。研究这个新领域，有助于对我国改革开放30年经济社会的发展作一全景式观照。坚持科学发展的梯度性，也是改革开放30年我党的一个重要战略。科学发展的梯度理论在于从发展梯度的角度阐述科学发展观，研究科学发展的规律，研究科学发展过程中人与自然、人与社会、人与人、人与自身的问题，关注科学发展的中间过程状态，论证我国经济社会发展的合规律性与必然逻辑，探索科学发展过程的创造性和谐，为科学发展的未来阶段提供理论支持。科学发展的梯度理论把改革开放以来我国经济社会的发展划分为三个阶段：以“反贫困”为特征的经济社会发展初级阶段、以“重效益”为特征的经济社会发展跨越阶段、以“讲和谐”为特征的经济社会发展逐步完善阶段。 关键词：系统理论；发展逻辑；实践原则 Abstract： A new realm that a theories of steps of science development is science development view. （科教范文网 fw.nseac.com编辑发布） 改革开放30年，科学发展观深入人心，科学发展的系统理论更是成为学界高度关注的焦点。但是，相关的研究成果却并不多见。事实上，科学发展观历来重视对系统的研究，并从中展示对经济社会发展的宏观把握。本文尝试用系统的理念从理论和实践的视角对我国科学发展的应然逻辑作一分析，以期对科学发展思想有更新的理解。研究认为，在整个科学发展理论体系中，整体理论是系统理论的逻辑基础，发展理论是系统理论的核心要义，人本理论是系统理论的实践原则。系统的观点把三者有机地结合起来，完成了对发展逻辑的理论准备，是对科学发展逻辑的尊重。
一、系统理论的逻辑基础
系统理论认为，经济社会是一个统一的有机体，它由若干个相互联系、相互作用的要素构成。经济社会系统一旦形成，也就具有了自己的整体结构和功能，具有目的性、整体性、关联性、动态性等特征，同时系统中各要素之间又具有特定的联系。经济社会系统具有延展性，随着时间或者环境的发展变化，经济社会系统中的要素和要素之间的联系乃至整个系统也是在不断发展的。社会系统进步的重要标准是社会系统各要素的平衡与协调一致。终极意义上，一切社会形态下的经济、政治、社会、文化等基本领域均是由特定的经济制度、道德制度、法律制度、宗教制度等共同维系的结果。
