企业生产外包的风险因素分析及决策研究
 
摘  要：外包是现代企业扩展生产能力，更好地满足用户需要的1种重要经营方式，但是企业外包也存在着多方面的风险因素，且企业选择其代工合作伙伴时也面临着决策问题。本文首先介绍了企业生产外包的概况及国内外的研究现状，然后就企业生产外包中存在的风险因素进行分析，进而提出了规避风险的建议。从交易费用与核心竞争力的角度，对外包决策进行了分析，并设计了构造判断矩阵的方法进行代工企业的选择。

Risk factors and decision-making research of manufacturing 0utsourcing

Abstract: 0utsourcing is an important way of management that modern corporations enlarge the ability of production and the consumer is satisfied. But there are still some factors of the risks in 0utsourcing, and there is a decision-making problem when the corporations choose the cooperation friends instead. This article analyses the factors of the risks in manufacturing outsourcing and table a proposal to avoid the risks. It analyses the decision-making of outsourcing in the view of the cost of business and key competition, and develop a method which is constructing a judging matrix in choosing the corporation instead.
