我国家族企业制度创新的思考

摘  要： 家族制企业是当前我国民营企业普遍采用的组织形式，作为1种特定条件下的制度安排，家族制对我国民营经济的发展有着重要的影响。在我国特殊的时代文化背景下，它有效地弥补了正式制度的缺陷，有力地促进了我国民营经济的发展。但是，家族制企业既有其存在的合理性，也有着发展中无法避免的现实缺陷。因此，为适应市场经济发展的要求，顺应企业发展的规律，家族制企业就必须在产权制度、组织制度、管理制度、企业文化制度等方面进行制度创新，突破家族封闭的圈子，同时，政府还必须改善企业存在的社会环境，为家族制企业顺利实现制度创新创造良好的外部条件。
