区域0售业竞争结构分析及策略研究——以甘肃省为例
摘 要:自“入世”以来,我国0售业走完3年的过渡期,实现了全面对外开放,国内外大型0售企业逐步将竞争的关注点由东向西递级推进。本文以甘肃省为研究对象,在内资不断争夺市场份额、外资计划抢占市场空间的竞争态势中,运用美国著名战略专家迈克尔·波特教授提出的竞争理论,对区域0售业的竞争结构,即5种结构性因素所产生的互动力量的影响进行经济分析。选择进攻或防御行动的竞争策略,为自身确定1个可防御的地位,以抵御企业所面对的各种竞争力量,从而取得可持续、较高的利润。

Regional competition in the retail structure analysis and strategy -- in Gansu Province
Abstract: Since joining in the "WTO", Chinas retail ended three-year transitional period and achieved a comprehensive opening up to the foreign. Domestic and foreign large-scale retail enterprises now push on the focus point of competition from the east to west progressively. Based Gansu Province to study the object, during the market space, extrinsic Capital made plan s to occupy the market room. Use of theory of competition of well-known American strategy expert Professor Michael Porter, to analyze the regional retail’s five competitive structure factors, which have interaction strength of impact, than choosing offensive or defensive operations competitive strategy to define a defensive position.So enterprises can deal with all kinds of competition freely and achieve a sustainable and higher profits.
