湖南城镇化现状、问题与对策研究
 
摘   要：城镇化是湖南经济现代化进程的大趋势，是湖南建设全面小康社会的必然选择，不仅有利于湖南解决好“3农”问题，而且有利于促进湖南农村经济的快速、健康发展。本文首先回顾了湖南城镇化的发展阶段，分析了目前湖南城镇化的发展现状，肯定了湖南城镇化所取得的成绩；然后，客观地分析了湖南城镇化存在的主要问题：城镇化水平偏低、东西部城镇化发展不平衡、城镇基础设施较落后、城镇规模小、城镇建设资金不足、农业产业化经营水平不高、政府管理体制落后、土地制度不合理以及现行户籍制度的制约；最后，结合湖南实际情况提出了相应的对策和措施。

Researches on the Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Hunan Urbanization
 
Abstract: The urbanization is the rend in the process of Hunan economy modernization , and is the inevitable choice of building a well—off society for all in Hunan Province. The urbanization  helps  not only solve the  problems of agriculture, countryside and farmer, but also promote fast and  healthy development of the Hunan economy. In the paper, I first review the  history of the  Hunan urbanization development, detail the development situation of Hunan urbanization. After that I objectively point out the main question of Hunan urbanization: The low urbanization level, the cities development is imbalanced from east to west, the cities infrastructure comparatively is backward, the cities scale is small,the cities construction fund is insufficiency, the agricultural industry management is not good, with the backward government management system, the unreasonable land system, as well as the present household register system restriction. Finally, according to the problems, I propose countermeasure and the measure for Hunan urbanization.
