我国女大学生就业难的经济学分析

摘   要： “女大学生就业难”问题成了1个不容忽视的问题，引起了社会的广泛关注。由于经济因素、用人单位及大学生本身等因素的制约，在当前大学生就业的整体形势10分严峻的情况下，女大学生就业更是难上加难。笔者运用供求关系、劳动力使用成本差异、失业理论、性别工资差异模型、贝克尔的歧视理论对女大学生就业难的问题进行经济学分析，从而提出从根本上改善女大学生就业难问题的对策。

The economic analysis of the female university students employment
 
Abstract: Restricted by the factor of economy, units of employment and female university students and themselves, etc. The whole employment situation of female university students is very severe at present. It is extremely more difficult for female university students to obtain employment.  The relations of supply and demand, unemployment theory and Beckers discrimination theory have been used to analyze the difficulty for women college students in obtaining employment.  Some measures to solve this difficult problem are proposed.
