我国政策性农业保险的经营模式分析
 
摘  要：农业是国民经济的基础产业，但农业的弱质产业特点使得其发展需要多种机制的保障和支持。2004年政策性农业保险开始在我国实施，它对于规避农业生产的风险，推进社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。本文首先分析了中国的政策性农业保险发展的历程和现状，然后根据我国现行的政策性农业保险试点的状况，从经济学的角度进行分析，找出存在的不足。最后提出自己的建议，构建出新的模式。

Abstract: The agriculture is the national economy foundation industry, but the weak of agricultural industrial characteristic causes its development to need the many kinds of mechanisms the safeguard and the support. In 2004 the policy agriculture insurance starts in our country to implement, it regarding dodges the risk of agricultural production, the advancement socialism new rural reconstruction has the vital significance. This article has first analyzed Chinas policy agriculture insurance development course and the present situation, afterwards insures the experiment site according to our country present policy agriculture the condition, carries on the analysis from the economic angle, discovers the existence the insufficiency. Finally proposed my suggestion, construct the pattern which new goods come into the market.
