山东房地产开发信贷风险分析

摘 要： 房地产行业是国民经济中的重要基础产业，房地产信贷业务是近年来国内各银行重点开拓的市场领域之1。2005年以来，山东省房地产开发信贷业务增长态势明显，资产质量也开始有所下降，房地产开发信贷存在风险。本文运用博弈论和信息经济学相关理论。较系统地对目前山东房地产开发贷款风险的成因进行分析，并有针对性的提出房地产开发信贷的风险防范措施。

Analysis On Real Estate Loans Risk For Shandong province
 
Abstract: Real Estate business is an important basic business in the national economy, the real estate credit operation is one of the important development market domains by domestic banks in recent years. Since 2005, the Shandong Province Real Estate Loans has been growing thing obviously, the property quality also starts to drop, and Real Estate Loans exist risk. This study By using the game theory and theories correlative with Economics of Information, systematically analyzing about the risk forming of Shandong province Real Estate Loans ,and forward bringing in the keep away measure with corresponding for the Real Estate Loans.
