谈英语职前教师必备的素养

   摘 要：教师劳动的特点以及由此所决定的教师劳动的严肃性，必然会对教师的素养提出极高的要求。师范英语专业因其专业的复合性，必然对英语教师素养的内涵有其特殊的诠释。若要培养出优秀的英语职前教师，就应当从识能力，素质3方面着手进行素养的全面培养。

On Future English Teachers' AccomDlishment

      Abstract: The features of teaching and the solemnity of it must have had very high requirements of the

teachers'  accomplishment. Because of the twoness of this specialty, English teaching has its unique

understanding of the teachers' accomplishment. An outstanding future English teacher must be well equipped

with accomplishment of three aspects: knowledge, ability and makings.
