商务语境下的电话语篇分析

Telephone Discourse Analysis in business context

Abstract

Business English is popularly used in our daily life. Along with the development of communicative technology, the telephone has become an important communicative tool for commercial public figures. Compared with other contexts, business context has its own characteristics. So telephone discourse in business context has its specific discourse form and specific language features. And business telephone discourse is different from other telephone discourses on context and language skills. It has specific forms of context and specific language features. This thesis analyzes how to use different discourse strategies in different linguistic contexts and how to use special language on special occasions through some specific case study so as to explain the importance of telephone discourse in business context for better communication between businessmen.

摘  要

商务英语被广泛地应用到大家的生活中，随着通讯技术的发展，电话成为商务人士的1种重要的交流工具。商务语境与其它语境相比有它特有的特点，所以商务语境下的电话语篇也具有特定的语篇形式和特定的语言特征。商务语境下电话语篇与其它语境下的电话语篇在语言环境和语言技巧上都有很多不同之处，本文通过1些具体的例子分析，分析不同的语言环境下应该使用怎么样的话语策略，特殊的场合使用特殊的语言来说明商务语境下的电话语篇的重要性及让商务人士更好的交流沟通。
