B2C模式下逆向物流中的退货管理研究
 
摘要：从整个供应链角度来看，完整的物流系统应包括正向物流和逆向物流。逆向物流作为物流学领域中的1个新的分支，其重要性越来越受关注。电子商务的出现和发展，对传统商务活动产生了深刻的影响，其中对物流活动的影响尤为深刻。本文探讨了如何在B2C模式下有效实施企业逆向物流中的退货管理问题，阐述了B2C模式下产品退货产生的原因及退货政策对顾客的影响，讨论了退货管理中的关键策略，并在此基础上提出了1套实施方案，并且介绍了实施过程中ABC分析法在退货管理中的应用。本文采用理论和实际相结合的研究方法，对我国企业在现有条件下如何运作实施逆向物流中的退货管理具有1定的理论价值和应用价值。

Study of return management in reverse logistics in the BTOC pattern
 
Abstract: From the perspective of the entire supply chain, logistics system should include logistics and reverse logistics process. As reverse logistics becomes a new branch of logistics, its importance has been increasingly known. The advent and development of electronic commerce have had a profound impact on the traditional business activities, particularly on the logistics activities. This article explores how to effectively implement return management in reverse logistics under the BTOC pattern. The article describes the reason for returning goods and the effect to customers with different return policies under the BTOC pattern, discusses the key methods, and then gives an option of carrying out the return management. And then the ABC analysis is introduced in return management applications. The article uses a combination of theoretical and practical research methods and has a certain theoretical value and application value about how to achieve reverse logistics management for enterprises in our country.
