浅析中小企业开展电子商务存在的问题及对策

摘要：本文通过对中小企业开展电子商务的现状和发展前景的分析，发现中小企业开展电子商务存在的问题，希望能对各种不足之处有个客观的了解，从而找出更适合的解决办法。全文分为4大部分，第1部分介绍了中小企业电子商务发展现状及趋势；第2部分分析中小企业开展电子商务存在的问题；第3部基于前两部分的分析，阐述了中小企业开展电子商务的对策；第4部分对中小企业发展电子商务的具体步骤提出可行性建议。

Research On The Problems And Strategies During Mid- and Small-scale Enterprises Carrying Out E-Commerce
 
Abstract: Analyzing the present situation and the prospects of development existing in Mid- and small-scale enterprises carrying out E-commerce, the paper points out some problems existing in the developing process hoping to understand all sorts of shortcomings objectively and finding out most suitable solution. The whole paper is composed of four parts. The first part introduces the present situation and trend of applying E-commerce in Mid- and small-scale enterprises. In the second part, the thesis analyzes the existing problems carrying out E-commerce. The third part based on the analysis of forward parts, describes the strategies to Mid- and small-scale enterprises developing E-commerce. The last part gives some feasibility suggestion about the steps during Mid- and small-scale enterprises developing E-commerce.
