摘要:随着报纸杂志广告、电视广告、电台广告竞争激烈,网络广告也开始加入这1行列。网络广告与其他广告形式相比,独具优势。网络广告具有很强的互动性、广告受众人数不但多而且分布地域也很广,这比其他的传统媒体广告具有鲜明的优势。而且,网络广告还具有成本低廉等优势。网络广告的形式也是多样的,既可以通过建立自己的网站来发布消息,也可以在其他的网站来发布自己的消息,更可以通过电子邮件来发布消息。虽然网络广告已经具有自己独特的优势和多形式的发布方式,但同时也存在着1些不足之处。网络广告存在的问题有:网络广告骚扰、网络广告主体定位不明确、网络广告中的不正当竞争行为等问题。网络广告要想继续扩大自己的优势,就须解决上述问题。因此,制定比较完善的网络广告法律法规制度就尤为重要;其次要加强网络服务行业的自律性、建立监督机制来加强网络监管等。通过法律条文和相关机制的规范,网络广告会有很大的发展空间。

Abstract: Along with the newspaper magazine advertisement, the television advertisement, the radio advertising competition is intensely, the network advertisement also starts to join this ranks. The network advertisement compares with other advertisement form, alone superiority. Not only the network advertisement has very strong interactive, the advertisement is counted many the people moreover distributes the region very to be also broad, this has the very bright superiority compared to other traditional media advertisement. Moreover, the network advertisement also has the cost inexpensively and so on the superiority. The network advertisement form also is diverse, also may through establish own website to issue the news, also may in other websites issue own news, may issue the news through the email. Although the network advertisement already had unique superiority and the multi-form issue way, but simultaneously also have some deficiencies. The network advertisement existence question includes: The network advertisement harassment, the network advertisement main body localization is not clear about; in the network advertisement competes not right questions and so on behavior. The network advertisement must want to continue to expand own superiority, must solve the above problem. Therefore, the formulation quite perfect network advertisement law laws and regulations system especially is important; next government must strengthen the network service mechanism, the establishment surveillance mechanism strengthens network supervising and managing and so on. Although the network advertisement also has a deficiency, but through the legal article and the correlation mechanism supervise, it can have the very great development future.
