立法的民主化律毕业论文

摘 要

民主化是立法的发展方向和必然趋势，是依法治国，建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求。立法必须充分发扬民主，坚持开门立法，建立健全全民参与机制，广泛听取各方面的意见，做到体民情、表民意、聚民智、得民心，才能使制定出来的法规更加符合客观实际，体现人民的意志，代表最广大人民群众的利益，也是衡量立法质量的根本标准。

Abstract

Democratization is the legislative direction and the inevitable trend of the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law requirements. Legislature should fully promote democracy and uphold the door legislation and establish a sound mechanism for people to participate in, listen to the views of various sectors. - do people, table of public opinion, gather the wisdom of the people, the hearts of the people can enact legislation more in line with the objective reality, reflect the will of the people, the overwhelming majority of the peoples interests, measure the quality of legislation is the fundamental criterion.
