论全球化时代下的国家主权原则律毕业论文

摘    要

全球化进程对国家的经济主权、政治主权和文化主权构成了前所未有的冲击和影响，适当让渡部分国家主权已成为历史发展的趋势。但国家主权并不会因此而消亡或削弱，相反，会因为国家之间主权的相互让渡而使其得以延伸和扩展。全球化是1把双刃剑，积极地参与全球化就要懂得趋利避害，而辨证地把握国家主权就成为解决问题的关键。因此，在新的形势下发展起来的国家主权原则成为
维护民族国家普遍利益的宪章。

ABSTRACT

The course of globalization have great impact and challenge on economic sovereignty , political sovereignty and cultural sovereignty of state unprecedentedly ,  It is become a historical trend that transfer part of state sovereignty properly . But the state sovereignty will not vanish or weaken , on the contrary , it will be strech and broaden because of the sovereignty’s transfer each state . The globalization is a two blade sword , participating globalization positively should understand how to chase interest and avoid harmness , however , the key to solve such problems is to handle with sovereignty dialectically . So , the principle of state sovereignty developed in the new situation become the charter that protect the common interest of national states.
