论我国选举制度的完善律毕业论文

摘  要

广义选举制度的概念包括代表机关代表与特定公职人员的选举；狭义选举制度概念仅指选民依据选举法的规定选举代表机关代表的制度。在这里所讨论的选举制度仅限于狭义的选举制度，即我国人大代表的选举制度。本文从当前我国实情出发，分析了我国选举制度的特点，指出了其存在的缺陷，提出了进1步完善我国选举制度的措施，希望可以对我国的选举制度改革有所帮助。

Abstract
The right to vote and the right to be elected are an important civic political rights,participate in elections is an significant avenue for ctizen to exercise their national rights.The generalized concept of the electoral system includs representatives of the organs and the election of the specific public officers;Narrow concept of the electoral system only refers to the system that the votes who according to the rules of electoral law vote the representative of the organs.The election system discussed here is only limited to a narrow electoral system , or that Chinese NPC system.For our current facts,this article analyzes the characteristic of Chinese electoral system,point out the exercise of the defect,proposes further reformatory meatures to consummate our country’s electoral system,and hopes that will be a benefit to the reform.
