无害通过制度的发展及其现状研究律毕业论文

摘  要

无害通过权问题1直是世界各国关注的焦点之1，它是传统海洋法赋予外国船舶无害通过1国领海的1项重要权利，是对国家领土主权的限制，也是目前海洋法的重要内容之1。本文主要通过研究无害通过制度的历史发展过程，论述了现阶段无害通过权与国家领土主权的冲突问题和解决方案以及无害通过对国际人道主义的意义。

ABSTRACT

The problem of the right of Innocent Passage was one of the world focus, which is the Traditional Law of the Sea gives foreign vessels of innocent passage through the territorial waters of a country an important right, the country’s sovereignty and territorial restrictions, the law of the sea is currently one of the important contents. This essay mainly studies the historical development process of Innocent Passage Policy, and discussed at this stage Innocent Passage Policy and the conflict and solutions of national sovereignty. And Innocent Passage passed the significance of international humanitarian.
