摘要：作为龙头老大，通用汽车1直被视为全球汽车行业的典范。但在全球化风起云涌，汽车行业迎来第3次产业转移的今天，通用陷入了深深的危机。本文揭示了通用汽车破产危机的深层原因，明确了当今汽车产业发展的趋势，结合长3角汽车产业发展的自身优势和劣势，分析了长3角汽车产业目前存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了长3角汽车产业发展的对策建议。

Revelation of General Motor’s Crisis on Development
of the Yangtze River Delta Auto Industry
  
Abstract : As a leader of the global automobile industry , the General Motors Corporation has been a apotheosis .Nowadays ,with the surging of globalization and the transfer of the third industry ,the General Motors Corporation plunged into a deeply crisis. This paper reveals the underlying causes of General Motors’ bankruptcy crisis, and represents the development trends of the current automotive industry. What’s more, it connects with the advantages and disadvantages of the Yangtze River Delta automotive industry’s development; and it also indicates the present problems of Yangtze River Delta automotive industry. The last but not the least, this paper expounds some policies and proposals for cluster development of the Yangtze River Delta automotive industry.
