美国传播学博士教育及其对中国的启示-新闻传播(8)

正是传播学建制化以来对教师训练理念和经验上的高度重视之风尚的延续，美国传播学博士项目中产生并积聚了大量享誉全球的

博士生培养导师；由于美国大学跨校选课的灵活制度，也由于教师在校际之间的灵活加盟，这些宝贵的师资成为所有大学博士生共享的资源和财富，使多元化的观念、视角和研究方法以及学术渊源和传统交汇融合，共同塑造了美国博士教育的整体高水准和活力。总之，全球化和“数字革命”极端改变了传播教育和传播教育者和研究者的身份和角色，我们不得不面对许多尖刻问题的挑战，是该我们彻底进行深入思考的时候了！
