tri-power structure of the village field is in the position of a connecting link between the preceding and the following, constituting the crossing and conjunction of village threefold-power interaction; villagers master the ownership of village-level governance, yet they have to entrust it to village elite especially institutional elites to exert it, and this may, in practice, give birth to entrust-agency contradictions. With the issuing and carrying out of village committee organization act, especially with the outspread of villagers’ committee direct election in the whole country and more perfection of villagers’ representative meeting, the non-equilibrium condition of threefold power structure in the village field is being gradually altered.
